About the Role We are a locally owned, highly reviewed residential cleaning company serving Bay Area homeowners. Because we clean people’s homes, trust, communication, and confidence matter just as much as pricing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building rapport, listening carefully, and guiding clients toward the right solution — while still confidently providing quotes and closing sales. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a critical role in protecting our reputation, converting leads into long-term recurring customers, and setting our cleaning teams up for success. What You’ll DoSales & Client Consultation • Speak with prospective clients via phone, text, and email to understand their home, needs, and expectations. • Provide accurate, confident quotes based on scope, condition, and service level — explaining why a recommendation makes sense. • Convert qualified leads into one-time and recurring services using a consultative, relationship-based approach.Proactively follow up with leads in a thoughtful, non-pushy manner. • Clearly document client preferences, concerns, and expectations in MaidCentral to ensure excellent service delivery. • Coordinate with the Scheduling team once appointments are booked. Client Care & Experience • Answer incoming calls promptly with a calm, friendly, professional tone. • Reassure clients who may feel hesitant, overwhelmed, or unsure about inviting a cleaning service into their home. • Handle questions, concerns, and objections with empathy and confidence. • Represent our brand values in every interaction. Operations & Accountability • Accurately log all quotes, bookings, and notes in MaidCentral. • Submit daily activity and sales summaries. • Follow established processes while offering thoughtful suggestions for improvement. What Success Looks Like (KPIs) (Used for performance tracking — not pressure selling) • Same-day response to all quote requests. • Accurate entry of 100% of quotes and bookings.Strong conversion rates with a focus on recurring service.High client satisfaction and positive feedback. • Consistent follow-up and professional communication. • Protecting company reputation by declining poor-fit jobs when necessary. Authority • Full discretion to decline jobs or clients that are not a good fit for our standards or team. Who This Role Is Perfect For • Someone with experience in relationship-based sales or customer care (home services, real estate support, hospitality, client success, etc.). • A strong communicator who knows how to slow a conversation down, listen, and guide — not pressure.Comfortable discussing pricing once trust and clarity are established.Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-comfortable. Minimum Qualifications • 1+ year experience in inside/inbound sales or consultative customer service. • Excellent spoken and written English with a warm, professional tone. • Comfortable using CRM systems and documenting conversations clearly. • Reliable high-speed internet and computer. • Able to work independently in a remote environment while staying accountable. This role includes a short communication assessment as part of the hiring process. Pay will consist of base hourly rate + commission + bonus.
