They are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive growth in the EMEA region through strategic marketing programs, including field events and account-based tactics. Responsibilities β’ Plan and execute region-specific campaigns aimed at target accounts in UK&I, Nordics, Benelux, France, Germany, and Dubai β’ Facilitate account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns via channels like personalized content, gifting, direct mail, and more β’ Launch co-marketing partner campaigns with technology and agency partners centered around our βbetter togetherβ stories β’ Leverage tactics like SPIFFs, co-selling, and account mapping to increase opportunities sourced via our already robust network of 500+ agency partners β’ Collaborate closely with the EMEA sales and partnership teams to turn intent signals and feedback into new experiments that help drive new pipeline and revenue β’ Facilitate EMEA field events, conference sponsorships, and webinars in collaboration with the events and content teams Skills β’ Located in EMEA (preference on UK to support our London-based sales team) β’ Track record of success in creating and scaling demand programs in B2B SaaS β’ Experience managing a mix of marketing channels, like email, gifting, direct mail, webinar, events, and partnerships β’ Creative thinking in launching ABM campaigns that break through the noise β’ Knowledgeable and experienced using marketing, sales, and ABM tools like Salesforce, Customer.io, Hubspot, Marketo, Usergems, Zoominfo, and/or Salesloft β’ ROI and metrics-driven - ability to create, analyze, and iterate based on data β’ Growth mindset and self-motivated; comfortable building programs from scratch β’ Strong analytical and experimentation skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and drive demand and sales performance β’ Pre-existing partner relationships in the MarTech space are a plus, or has a playbook for establishing and immersing yourself in this vertical β’ Knowledgeable and experienced using partner software tools like Partnerstack/Kiflo and Crossbeam Benefits β’ 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family β’ 16 weeks paid parental leave β’ Unlimited PTO β’ Stipends for remote work and wellness β’ A professional development budget Company Overview β’ Customer.io enables users to send newsletters to selected segments of customers using their website data.
