The role involves representing Ascento, sourcing deals through your network, and monetizing introductions after executing a referral agreement. Responsibilities • Representing Ascento and using your network to source deals • After the execution of a referral agreement, Ascento will provide a presentation which will include the latest M&A transactions and sector trends • If Ascento gets selected, you will MONETIZE YOUR INTRODUCTION Skills • Industry expert with a strong network in the tech sector • Experience in M&A • Passionate about technology • Senior level connections in the tech sector Benefits • REFERRAL FEE of 20% of the success fee for closed deals • 20% of the $10K monthly work fee Company Overview • The investment bank specializes in the technology sector and provides advisory services for mergers & acquisitions and investments.
