Accountabilities
Own the Data Platform end‑to‑end, with accountability for strategy execution, roadmap delivery, and outcomes
Report to the VP of Product and operate as the senior product owner for platform capabilities
Lead a team of product managers
Balance strategic ownership with hands‑on delivery leadership
Partner closely with cross‑functional leaders while maintaining clear product accountability
Requirements
7 to 10 years of Product Management experience
Hands‑on technical background or extensive experience partnering closely with engineering and data teams
Proven experience with data platforms, ingestion systems, analytics and BI, governance, machine learning enablement, and developer tooling; experience with Databricks or similar platforms is a plus
Strong communication skills and comfort operating in fast‑moving, evolving environments
Experience in energy, SaaS, data, or adjacent technology domains is preferred
