An independent recruiter with real startup networks who can source high-fit opportunities and make warm introductions — not a mass-apply service. I want a strategic search partner who understands the current hiring market and can position me accurately with founders and hiring leaders.

I am actively available and looking to start quickly.

The engagement

Hourly work covers search strategy, opportunity sourcing, and positioning. Additionally, milestones can be used for defined outcomes such as securing qualified interviews or successful placement.

Success is measured by high-quality introductions and interviews, not application volume.

Who I am

Senior product leader with 25+ years in technology.

Shipped production AI systems, led enterprise delivery at Microsoft, Salesforce, Credit Karma, and PayPal, and founded two SaaS companies.

My edge is strategic product leadership with disciplined execution. I translate AI capabilities into real products, define practical roadmaps, manage delivery risk, and lead cross-functional teams to ship systems under real-world constraints.

Most recent work: several production AI systems delivered using OpenAI and Claude APIs.

I work best in environments where product leaders own outcomes and make real decisions.

What I need from you

Source roles through your startup network, not just job boards

Make direct introductions to founders or hiring managers when possible

Submit targeted applications when required by the company

Tailor positioning — resume, messaging, and outreach — based on my background and what each company actually needs.

Give honest feedback on fit and market signals

Communicate proactively — weekly at minimum

Recruiter requirements

8+ years technical recruiting with senior IC or leadership placements

Demonstrated startup network (Series A–C preferred)

Experience placing product leaders in AI or SaaS environments

Comfortable representing a candidate, not just processing job orders

Independent operator — this is a focused engagement, not a staffing agency workflow
