Mandatory Sync Hours: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM U.S. Pacific Time (Monday–Friday)

The Role
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to help design and produce visual materials across both Rose Law Firm and Sentric Legal.
This role focuses on translating complex legal, business, and AI concepts into clear, professional visual communication.
The position will support:
- marketing initiatives
- sales and business development materials
- investor and presentation decks
- educational and training materials
- website and social media visuals
- brand systems and templates
The designer will work closely with leadership and marketing teams to produce high-quality visual materials that support client engagement, thought leadership, and growth initiatives.
Important clarification:
The term “Senior” refers to design capability and ownership, not necessarily years of experience. We care most about skill, judgment, and the ability to produce high-quality work independently.

Key Responsibilities
Presentation & Thought Leadership Design
Design high-quality visual presentations for:
- client strategy meetings
- investor presentations
- conference presentations
- webinars and workshops
- AI training programs
- consulting deliverables
This includes creating:
- diagrams
- process visualizations
- flowcharts
- frameworks
- visual storytelling for complex ideas

Marketing & Growth Materials
Create visual assets supporting marketing and brand initiatives.
Examples include:
- LinkedIn and social media graphics
- webinar promotion graphics
- lead magnets and downloadable PDFs
- website graphics
- infographics explaining legal or AI concepts
- event graphics

Sales & Business Development Materials
Design visual assets that support business development, including:
- service brochures
- AI consulting materials
- staffing program explanations
- capability decks
- case study materials
- product or service sheets
The goal is to make complex offerings clear, compelling, and visually structured.

Educational & Training Materials
Support Sentric’s training programs by creating:
- course materials
- visual frameworks
- educational diagrams
- workflow illustrations
- certification materials
- professional training handouts
These materials should help learners quickly understand complex concepts.

Brand Systems & Template Development
Help maintain consistent brand presentation across both organizations.
Examples include creating:
- presentation templates
- report templates
- marketing templates
- document layouts
- visual style guides
Consistency and professionalism are critical.

Visual Framework & Workflow Design
Design visuals explaining business and legal workflows, including:
- legal process diagrams
- AI-assisted workflow maps
- staffing models
- consulting frameworks
- operational systems diagrams
This work supports both consulting and marketing efforts.

Design Asset Organization
Assist with organizing and maintaining the firm’s design assets, including:
- icon libraries
- templates
- brand resources
- marketing assets
- visual frameworks
Good asset management improves team efficiency and consistency.

Tools & Technical Environment
Design tools may include:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- Canva
Workflow tools include:
- ClickUp
- HubSpot
- Zoom
The team also actively uses AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and creative processes.
Designers should be open to integrating AI-assisted design workflows where appropriate.

Qualifications
We are looking for designers who demonstrate strong visual judgment and the ability to work independently.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professional design work
- Excellent typography and layout skills
- Experience designing professional presentations
- Ability to translate complex ideas into visual frameworks
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience working remotely with distributed teams
- Ability to take ownership of projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
Experience working with professional services, consulting firms, or legal organizations is helpful but not required.
