- Translate advertiser revenue-driving briefs into tailored media solutions: formats, audiences, measurement, and pricing
- Support audience planning; size, forecast, and pace inventory
- Build proposals and media plans, close deals, and execute IOs
- Assist in crafting compelling narratives that differentiate Instacart & ultimately lead to off-platform activations via our 1P data
- Assist in launch-to-wrap execution: trafficking readiness, QA, pacing, optimizations, and budget delivery
- Coordinate cross-functionally (Ad Ops, Analytics, Product, Creative, Legal, Finance) to unblock hurdles and activate with excellence
- Manage portfolio revenue tracking, identifying whitespaces to drive focus for incremental revenue
- Requirements:
- 4+ years in media or sales planning at an agency, publisher, or platform; strong grasp of programmatic, social, and video
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
- Creative problem solver who thrives amid ambiguity
- Ability to tell a compelling story through data
- A self-starter with hunger to achieve goals.
