Job Description
We're a Shopify brand with consistent monthly revenue looking for a Klaviyo specialist to take full ownership of our retention marketing on an ongoing basis.
We've let our flows run on autopilot too long. Abandoned checkout, welcome series, post-purchase, win-back β all need fresh eyes and active management. We need someone who proactively finds what's broken and fixes it without being asked.
What the role involves:
Full audit of existing flows and campaigns
Identify revenue gaps β where are we losing money we should be recovering?
Rebuild or optimize underperforming sequences
Monthly reporting on open rates, click rates, and revenue attributed to email
Who we're looking for:
Deep Klaviyo experience with Shopify brands specifically
Has managed retention for brands doing $500K+ GMV
Thinks in terms of revenue, not just open rates
Self-directed β you flag problems before we see them
