Job Description
We’re a fast-growing men’s hair care brand looking for a Channel Lead to fully own our Target business.
This is a high-accountability, high-autonomy role for someone who has directly managed the Target account from the brand/vendor side and understands Target systems, compliance, forecasting, and retail operations.
You will own:
- Purchase Orders & routing compliance
- Warehouse coordination & OTIF performance
- Communication with Buyer, Inventory Analyst & Merchant teams
- Forecasting & inventory planning
- Reporting & business analytics
- Promotions & line review support
- Invoicing, deductions & payment follow-up
This is not a coordination role — this is full ownership of the channel.
Required:
- Direct experience managing Target from the vendor side
- Strong forecasting & inventory planning skills
- Experience handling chargebacks/deductions
- Advanced Excel / Sheets
- Extremely proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable
