About the Role
We are supporting an established international FX brokerage seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to expand and manage affiliate and IB (Introducing Broker) partnerships across Spanish-speaking markets.
This role focuses on recruiting new affiliates, strengthening existing relationships, and driving high-performance campaigns within the Forex trading ecosystem.
- The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in affiliate marketing within the FX / CFD industry and understands performance metrics, traffic quality, and ROI optimisation.Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new Affiliates and Introducing Brokers (IBs)
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners
- Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid agreements
- Identify and engage new affiliate and traffic networks
- Monitor affiliate performance, sales reports, and ROI metrics
- Analyse traffic quality and detect fraudulent activity or policy violations
- Optimise campaigns, bonus offers, and promotional activities
- Prepare marketing briefs for creative and campaign assets
- Coordinate with internal Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams
- Represent the company at international conferences and industry events
- Required Profile
- 1–2+ years’ experience as an Affiliate Manager within the FX / Forex / CFD industry
- Proven experience working with Affiliates and IBs
- Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, and affiliate revenue models
- Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms and performance analytics
- Fluent Spanish (C1 level required)
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong project management abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Willingness to travel for industry conferences and events

- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
- Experience with affiliate networks and traffic sources
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Existing affiliate or IB network
