Job Title: Healthcare Quality & Compliance Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Healthcare Quality & Compliance Coordinator to support quality assurance activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and help maintain high standards of patient care and operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Support implementation and monitoring of quality standards (NABH / ISO / internal policies)
  • Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance documentation
  • Track quality indicators, incidents, and corrective actions
  • Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams to improve processes
  • Maintain records, reports, and SOP documentation
  • Support patient safety initiatives and quality improvement programs
  • Assist in staff training and awareness on quality protocols
    Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Nursing
  • Knowledge of healthcare quality standards is an advantage
  • Freshers with healthcare background can apply
    Skills Required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good documentation and reporting skills
  • Basic understanding of hospital workflows
  • Communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and reporting tools
    Experience
  • 0–2 years in healthcare / hospital / quality-related roles
