Job Title: Healthcare Quality & Compliance Coordinator
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Healthcare Quality & Compliance Coordinator to support quality assurance activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and help maintain high standards of patient care and operational excellence.
- Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation and monitoring of quality standards (NABH / ISO / internal policies)
- Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance documentation
- Track quality indicators, incidents, and corrective actions
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams to improve processes
- Maintain records, reports, and SOP documentation
- Support patient safety initiatives and quality improvement programs
- Assist in staff training and awareness on quality protocols
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Nursing
- Knowledge of healthcare quality standards is an advantage
- Freshers with healthcare background can apply
- Skills Required
- Strong attention to detail
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Basic understanding of hospital workflows
- Communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and reporting tools
- Experience
- 0ā2 years in healthcare / hospital / quality-related roles
