Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) will join a centralized clinical research team conducting clinical trials across multiple pediatric sub-specialties. Under the direction of the Clinical Research Supervisor, the Assistant CRC will support team members with activities including data entry, query resolution, document management, and specimen handling.

This role assists in planning and organizing study-related tasks to ensure compliance with study protocols and applicable regulations. The Assistant CRC must be adaptable, able to manage shifting priorities, and willing to work flexible hours to meet research deadlines. Travel to other locations may be required. This position is primarily on-site at the UCLA Westwood campus.

This is a limited position that may convert to career.

Salary Range: $29.28 - $47.10 Hourly

Required:

Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks with thoroughness and accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport, and build relationships.

Ability to navigate numerous software programs and applications.
Ability to handle confidential material information with judgement and discretion.
Skill in coordinating information transfer among multiple constituents.

Preferred:

Experience in a Health Care Setting.
