Position: Oracle ERP/HCM Project Manager - 100% Remote | W2 Only | Visa Sponsorship Available at HYR GLOB[...] Job Title: Oracle ERP/HCM Project Manager Location: Remote Type: Full-time/Contract - W2 only Overview Seeking a Project Manager with strong Oracle ERP & HCM Cloud implementation experience , ideally a former Oracle functional consultant who has transitioned into project management. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP (GL, AP, AR) & HCM implementations • Own project delivery lifecycle: plan build test cutover hypercare • Drive governance: RAID, steering committee updates, executive reporting • Oversee data migration (FBDI/ADFDI), testing (CRP/SIT/UAT), and cutover readiness • Coordinate integrations with payroll, benefits, banking, and other systems • Manage vendors, stakeholders, budgets, and timelines Requirements • 8+ years of project management, including 3+ Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM implementations • Former Oracle ERP or HCM functional consultant (7+ years) • Strong experience with integrations, data migration, testing, and hypercare • Excellent stakeholder communication and vendor management skills • Tools: Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence • PMP/Agile certification preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
