About the company:

This online teaching position is for the company's online English teaching branch BlingABC which is dedicated to continually evolving to meet the dynamic needs of our students and teachers. We welcome teachers who are passionate about English teaching to join our dynamic and supportive teaching team.

About the role:

· Deliver online English lessons with various topics including drama, speech, English culture, phonics, and STEM

· Complete scheduled classes by following the provided lesson material and teaching guide

· Available class sizes: 1v1, 1v2, and group classes

· Student age group: young learners aged 6-12

· Work schedule: be able to commit to at least 6 hours which equals 12 time slots a week within the prime learning hours.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or above, we also accept senior college students who are about to complete their degrees within 6 months

· Must be a holder of TEFL/TESOL/CELTA OR a valid State/provincial teaching license (required)

Requirements:

· Wired, high-speed, and stable internet connection, a working computer, and headsets (required)

· Punctual, responsible, good communication skills and easy-going personality

· A demonstrated respect for the values, cultural differences, and expectations of parents

· Teaching experience in K-12 or ESL setting is preferred

Work schedule:

The below times are all in Beijing Time (GMT+8):
Availability within the times shown below would be required

· Mon- Fri: Between 6 pm-9 pm

· Sat- Sun: Between 8:30 am-11 am; 2 pm-9 pm

Candidates need to be able to commit to at least 4 hours which equals 8 time slots a week within the prime learning hours.
