Affiliated teaching staff need to have experience and currently be employed in their field. Job: Instructors to supervise Final Degree Work [TFG]: Web app development
We are seeking instructors to supervise Final Degree Projects (TF) in the course Web Application Development, part of the Computer Science, Multimedia, and Telecommunications studies at the UOC.
The Final Degree Project is a key learning space where students integrate and apply the knowledge acquired throughout the degree. It is also one of the closest points to real professional practice. The instructor’s role consists of guiding the student throughout the entire process, from the initial idea to the development of the final project or prototype.
- Requirements:
- University degree in Multimedia, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Master’s degree, PhD, or previous experience supervising final degree projects.
- Technical expertise in web technologies:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Web programming and frameworks
- Databases
- Knowledge of accessibility and usability principles.
- Experience in project management or coordination.
- Strong communication and supervision skills.T
- Teaching collaboration at the UOC is complementary to the main professional activity; therefore, having a primary occupation is an essential requirement.
- Also of interest:
- Professional experience in IT or software development environments.
- Previous teaching experience (online experience is a plus).
- University-level teaching or research experience is valued.
