Sophisticated Defense Work — Handle premises liability, transportation, construction defect, product liability, and general liability claims for high-profile clients
Hands-On Litigation — Own cases from start to finish: discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, mediations, trial prep

Defend insureds and self-insured entities in civil liability claims
Handle full case lifecycle: pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, settlement negotiations
Appear at court hearings, arbitrations, and trials
Collaborate with partners on strategy and client communication

Up to $230k (DOE; strong for market level)

2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
Active California Bar license
JD from an accredited law school (top 100 preferred)
Strong litigation fundamentals: research, drafting, discovery, case management
Client-facing demeanor and collaborative mindset
