Position Overview – Your Role in the Taskium Data Engine The Remote Data Entry Clerk is a pivotal member of our data integrity team. Working from any location within the United States, you will be responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining high‑quality information across a suite of Worklith platforms. This position blends meticulous data handling with light administrative support, ensuring that our internal and client‑facing systems remain accurate, up‑to‑date, and ready for strategic use. Key Responsibilities Accurate Data Entry: Input large volumes of information into Hirezen databases with a minimum typing speed of 70 WPM and a 99.5% accuracy rate. Quality Assurance Checks: Perform regular audits, cross‑reference source documents, and flag inconsistencies for immediate correction. Information Organization: Classify and tag data entries to enable fast retrieval and seamless integration with downstream workflows. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with project managers, analysts, and other remote teammates via Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email. Administrative Support: Draft routine correspondence, manage inbox triage, and assist with scheduling virtual meetings when needed. Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements to data entry templates, workflow automation scripts, and error‑prevention protocols. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 1 year proven experience in data entry, transcription, or a related clerical role. Exceptional typing speed (≥ 70 WPM) with sustained accuracy (≥ 99%). Demonstrated attention to detail, able to spot typographical and factual errors quickly. Proficiency with common data entry software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, custom Gigspire portals).
