As a Customer Service Agent, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this mission by providing exceptional service to our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Handling all aspects of customer service related to ticketing and making reservations for passengers and crew members, including tagging and lifting passenger's luggage to a bag belt for transport to the ramp. * Proactively greeting customers, assessing their needs, explaining Joblora's available options, and directing them accordingly. * Positively influencing customers' use of airport facilities to ensure a better, faster, and friendlier airport experience for all customers. * Displaying a positive image of Remotexa and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. * Keeping customers informed while ensuring smooth airline transportation. * Efficiently coordinating with internal resources while working under stress and time constraints to dispatch flights on time. * Performing a variety of responsibilities in accordance with the practical work location assignment; however, agents can be cross-applied and required to perform all functions. Specific functions, tasks, and departments may vary or be added depending on the location and operational requirements. **Subject to Rotating Shifts and Stale Days** As a Customer Service Agent, you may be required to work rotating shifts, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
