<p>We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at UnitedHealth Group and provide house call services to our patients. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive assessment of the patient’s overall condition, developing an individualized treatment plan, and providing medication management. The ideal candidate should have a caring, empathetic attitude and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.The successful candidate must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, as well as a valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license. A Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) is also required. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a primary care setting, such as a physician’s office, clinic, or hospital. Experience providing house calls to patients is a plus. Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and the ability to work with a variety of computer programs is also preferred.We are looking for someone who is professional and driven, yet also has a compassionate, caring demeanor with patients and their families.
