Job Description

The Role


As a Clinic Associate at Health Strat, you're a pivotal team member dedicated to maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring positive patient experiences. Your primary responsibility is to be the go-to support, actively guiding and assisting users in accessing Intellect’s clinical sessions through various channels, including email, chat, and call support.


What You'll Do


1.Operational Efficiency:



  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.

  • Perform frontline services and general administrative duties, such as answering phone calls and maintaining Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

  • Handle patient care duties, including registration, appointment maintenance, dispensing medications, and chaperoning doctors during clinical tasks.

  • Manage cashiering duties, including payment collection and filing.

  • Oversee inventory tasks, including stock checking, updating, and ordering.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the clinic.


2. Client engagement (For corporate clients):



  • Engage with users through email, chat, and calls to provide support on Intellect’s Clinic services.

  • Offer comprehensive information on available resources and options, empowering informed decision-making.


3. Network engagement and deployment:



  • Support the Care Operations team in receiving, documenting, and deploying B2B service requests.

  • Navigate administrative processes, including financial assistance and responding to emails.


Requirements


Who You Are



  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma.

  • Any experience in Clerical, Administrative Support Healthcare - Medical Support and Assistant or equivalent is preferred.

  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Responsible individual, meticulous, willing to learn and a team-player.

  • Proficient with technology.

  • Fluency in written English with an additional spoken language of Chinese is preferred.

  • Must be amenable to working 44 hours per week, including three night shifts weekly and two Saturdays per month (half day: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
