OUR COMPANY Uniglobal is a Third Party Administration firm (TPA) that provides retirement plan administration, compliance, and consulting services for qualified retirement plan types - some of these include 401(k), 403(b), and Cash Balances plans. Headquartered in Fairfax, VA, Uniglobal is a regional TPA with employment opportunities in all states. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS Our continued growth has us seeking qualified candidates for the Senior Retirement Plan Consultant position. This position focuses on not only the administration and compliance work associated with Defined Contribution plans but also on client interaction. This position is available as a hybrid remote opportunity - 95% remote with some on-site visits required. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform all required nondiscrimination testing for client retirement plans, including ADP/ACP, 410(b), 414(s), etc. • Cultivate new and existing client relationships; • Comprehensive understanding of qualified Retirement Retirement Plan Documents and their provisions; • Cognizant of qualified defined contribution plan related legislative and regulatory changes within our industry; • Provide Services for 80 to 100 qualified plans; • Manage all aspects of DC administration from initial data collection and testing to valuation and preparation of the Form 5500/5500-SF and SAR; • Collaborate, support, and assist Supervisor/Manager and colleagues; • Identify opportunities and provide solutions that add value to clients and their plans; • Ability to manage workflow using Teamwork; • Comprehensive understanding and utilization of FTW modules; • Willingness to learn and use, on a daily basis, additional tools, software, and proprietary systems to facilitate delivery of client services. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelors or higher (High School only is OK with significant position-specific experience) • 3+ years experience in defined contribution retirement plan administration; • Applicant must be skilled and Proficient in FT William Modular Admin/Compliance Software; • Applicant must be skilled and able to perform all testing, including, but not limited to: ADP/ACP testing, 410(b), 414(s), Top Heavy, and other non-discrimination tests applicable to qualified retirement plans; • Excellent written and oral communication skills; • Experience in Client Relations; • Credentialed with nationally recognized associations – ASPPA, NIPA, or equivalent; • Strong computer skills: more than proficient in MS Word and Excel; • Strong organizational and problem solving skills, with the ability to track multiple tasks and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment. • Demonstrated professional business skills and demeanor; • Demonstrated ability to identify and problem solve complex situations BENEFITS Uniglobal provides outstanding benefits.
