We’re currently looking for a MicroStrategy Developer with strong technical expertise to join our team and contribute both to development and cloud migration initiatives.

Location: Colombia / Peru (Remote)

Build dashboards and analytical solutions using MicroStrategy
Design and develop ETL processes using SSIS (Visual Studio)
Participate in MicroStrategy platform migration and modernization projects (On-Premise to Cloud)
Work on data integration using SQL Server, Azure, and other data sources
Contribute to the design of MicroStrategy architectures tailored to different business needs
Manage the platform using tools such as Workstation, Developer, Object Manager, and Library
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in both MicroStrategy and databases
Optimize performance and processes in SSIS and SQL Server
Develop scripts and automations (e.g., using Python)

Strong hands-on experience with MicroStrategy (development and administration)
Experience building dashboards / Dossiers
Solid ETL experience using SSIS (Visual Studio)
Experience working with SQL Server
Experience in data integration and ETL automation
Experience participating in migration projects (ideally cloud-based)
Experience managing or installing MicroStrategy on-premise environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Intermediate to advanced English level (must be able to hold conversations in English)

Experience migrating MicroStrategy to the Cloud
Knowledge of or experience with Azure
Background in BI / Data Warehouse architecture
Experience with MicroStrategy tools (Workstation, Object Manager, Library, etc.)
Python knowledge for automation
Experience optimizing SSIS processes and databases
