- Own strategy + account health for around 5-8 B2B clients
- Leading client calls and presenting quarterly QBRs
- Owning client relationships and health
- Auditing video ecosystems (website, ads, YouTube, social, sales enablement, events)
- Analyzing competitors and identifying gaps/opportunities
- Building clear video roadmaps aligned to business goals + funnel
- Turning strategy into creative direction the team can execute
- Driving performance: distribution, repurposing, campaign usage, iteration
- Reviewing deliverables and giving clear feedback to editors/production
- Creating episode outlines, hooks, scripting/refinement, thumbnail direction
- Occasional travel for shoots/sprints to coach/direct on set
- Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in B2B marketing, content strategy, video marketing, or agency client services
- Strong presentation skills (you’ll lead weekly calls + QBRs)
- Strong creative taste (you know what will and won’t work on camera)
- Organized and can follow processes (or build them!)
- Deep interest in digital marketing and AI-enabled workflows
- Understands content marketing analytics & performance
