Job Description: We're looking for an experienced Make.com (Integromat) automation engineer to build a multi-channel outreach automation system integrating Smartlead, Skylead, and Close CRM. Scope of Work 1. Smartlead ↔ Skylead Handoff Automation Build a Make scenario that monitors Smartlead campaigns for leads with no email response after 3 days Automatically push non-responsive leads to Skylead for LinkedIn outreach If the lead responds on LinkedIn (Skylead), treat it as a response in Smartlead and stop the email sequence If no LinkedIn response, return lead to Smartlead to continue the original email campaign 2. Smartlead Auto-Responses & Tagging Configure AI-based auto-responses in Smartlead for 14+ response categories including: Interested, BookCall, Referral, InfoRequest, NotNow, Objection-Budget, Objection-VendorFreeze, Objection-AlreadyCovered, Unsubscribe, NotFit, OOO-ReturnDate, SoftBounce, HardBounce, Gatekeeper, VendorPortal Set up trigger-word detection for each category Auto-apply tags and pause/stop sequences based on response type Send appropriate templated responses (we will provide all templates) 3. Skylead Auto-Responses Configure LinkedIn auto-responses in Skylead including: General auto-response variants (5), Positive book reply variants (5), Neutral reply variants (5), Negative reply variants (5) Ensure proper randomization to avoid robotic appearance 4. Close CRM Integration Push all tagged leads to Close CRM with appropriate tags matching Smartlead categories Automatically update lead status, pipeline stage, and create opportunities where specified Auto-create tasks in Close based on response type (e.g., "Schedule call within 24h" for Interested leads) Build automation to send all Close CRM tasks to [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS] automatically 5. Documentation & Testing Provide documentation of all Make scenarios Test all workflows end-to-end before handoff Requirements Proven experience with Make.com (Integromat) – complex multi-step scenarios Experience with Smartlead API/webhooks Experience with Skylead automation Experience with Close CRM API Understanding of email deliverability and sequence management Strong attention to detail What We'll Provide Full access to Smartlead, Skylead, and Close CRM accounts All auto-response templates and trigger word documentation Tag-to-CRM mapping specifications To Apply Please include: Examples of similar Make.com integrations you've built (specifically involving cold outreach tools or CRM automations) Your approach to the Smartlead ↔ Skylead handoff logic Estimated timeline and hourly rate or fixed price Apply tot his job
