Summary We are a growing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Agency seeking an experienced E-commerce Project Manager to support our client portfolio of ecommerce, SaaS, and lead generation clients. This role requires a highly organized, client-facing professional who can confidently lead meetings, manage timelines, and coordinate across developers, CRO managers, designers, and other PMs in a fact-paced agency environment. Responsibilities: - Own project planning and execution across multiple clients, including timelines, priorities, and deliverables. - Work across distributed teams - Lead client calls and meetings with a polished, professional presence. - Manage tasks, dependencies, and workflows using Monday.com - Identify risks, blockers, and opportunities, and escalate appropriately. - Communicate clearly and proactively with clients regarding deliverables, and providing project updates. - Ensure website features, updates, and CRO initiates are properly QA'd before launch. - Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement Qualifications & Experience -3+ years of project management experience for website design/development agency (or related) - Proven experience managing client-facing projects and leading meetings with external stakeholders. -Solid understanding of ecommerce workflows, site launches - Proficiency in Slack and Monday.com for task management - Intimate knowledge of CMS platforms like Shopify, WordPress, and other related hosting platforms - Understanding of back-end settings for Shopify Plus stores (like Shopify Markets, Shipping set up, Currency Conversions, etc.) - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Intimate knowledge of CMS platforms like Shopify, WordPress, and other related hosting platforms Nice To Haves: -Experience coordinating with offshore or distributed development teams. - Knowledge of A/B Testing platforms and tools for running tests Work Structure: • Fully remote, 1099 contract role • Applicants must reside within the United States and be comfortable working mostly on Pacific Time Zone (8:00 AM -4:00 PM) • Expected hours: Ideally we start with ~20 per week with the possibility to move to full-time within 1-2 months.
