I run a marketing agency serving hair restoration clinics exclusively. I need ONE exceptional web designer/developer to become our go-to expert for all client projects.
WHAT YOU'LL BUILD:
High-converting landing pages for hair transplant clinics (mobile-first, less than 3 sec load time)
Before/after photo galleries (integrated, filterable)
Lead capture forms (integrated with CRM)
Call tracking integration (click-to-call on mobile)
A/B testing capability (easy headline/CTA variations)
Patient financing calculator embeds (optional)
THIS IS A LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP (NOT ONE-OFF):
Month 1: Build the MASTER TEMPLATE (one complete landing page design we'll clone for all future clients). Payment: $1,000.
Month 2+: Each new client = customization work ($400-$500 one-time) + ongoing monthly maintenance ($150-$200/month per client).
Example Income:
Month 1: Master template = $1,000
Month 2: 2 clients added = $800 customization (one-time) + $300/month ongoing = $1,100 that month
Month 4: 6 clients total = $800 customization + $900/month recurring = $1,700 that month
Month 8: 12 clients total = $800 customization + $1,800/month recurring = $2,600 that month
By Month 12: Managing 15-20 clients = $2,250-$3,000/month in recurring revenue, plus $800-$1,000/month from new client customizations
Year 1 Total Income: $32,000-$42,000 (and growing as we add more clients)
WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
✅ Experience building healthcare/medical landing pages (show me samples)
✅ Mobile-first, performance-focused design (Google PageSpeed 90+)
✅ CRM/lead form integration experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
✅ Understanding of conversion optimization (CTA placement, form friction, trust signals)
✅ Fast turnaround (5-7 day builds, 24-hour revisions)
✅ Platform preference: GoHighLevel, Webflow, or WordPress (specify which you recommend and why)
White-Label Partnership Note: You will work behind the scenes. All client communication goes through me. You will NOT have direct client contact. If you prefer working directly with clients, this isn't the right fit.

This is white-label work (you'll work with me, not directly with clients)
Performance matters (slow sites don't convert; we need less than 3 second load times)
Looking for ONE long-term partner, not multiple freelancers
