Competencies (skills & Abilities)
Configuration and optimisation of MRP and planning parameters
Hands-on experience with Capacity Planning (CRP) and production scheduling
Strong knowledge of Production Orders, BOMs, and Routings
Experience improving planning accuracy and resolving MRP issues
Coordination with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, and reports
Integration knowledge with SAP MM, FI, and SD modules
Experience in shop floor execution and production process optimisation
Troubleshooting issues and providing root cause analysis
Preparation of Functional Specifications, Test Scripts, and User Training Documents
Required Skills:
Strong functional knowledge of SAP PP configuration and manufacturing processes
Experience in ECC stabilisation or optimisation projects
Deep understanding of MRP and production planning concepts
Preferred:
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
Exposure to S/4HANA Production Planning
SAP PP Certification (preferred)
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead discussions and requirement-gathering workshops
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Good documentation and presentation skills
