Savant Legal is building a network of experienced attorneys to collaborate on cases and expand access to quality legal services. We're creating a modern legal practice model that gives attorneys flexibility while serving clients who need representation.
The Partnership Model
We're looking for licensed attorneys to join our network in a dual-capacity partnership:
☑️ Work on Cases - Handle Savant Legal client matters as an independent contract attorney
☑️ Build the Network - Refer clients and other attorneys who could benefit from joining
This isn't two separate tracks - it's one integrated partnership where you do both. The referral component creates network effects that benefit everyone and comes with additional perks.
What This Looks Like:
Take on cases that match your expertise and availability
Choose matters that fit your practice areas and schedule
Work flexibly - as much or as little as you want
Refer overflow clients you can't personally serve
Refer other qualified attorneys to expand the network
Earn additional benefits for successful referrals
Primary focus: Business law, but open to all practice areas
Who We're Looking For
Ideal Candidates:
Solo practitioners managing variable caseloads
Small firm attorneys (2-10 lawyer firms) with capacity flexibility Lawyers seeking side work to supplement primary practice Retired or semi-retired attorneys wanting flexible engagement
Licensed attorneys in good standing with state bar(s)
Active malpractice insurance (for contract work)
Practice Areas of Interest:
Primary Need: Business Law
Corporate formation and governance
Contracts and commercial agreements
Business transactions (M&A, partnerships)
Employment law
Intellectual property
Commercial litigation

What You'll Do:
Case Work
Handle client matters including:
Client consultations and case assessments
Legal research and memoranda
Document drafting and review
Contract negotiation
Discovery and motion practice
Court appearances (if local jurisdiction)
Full case management
Specialized expertise on specific legal issues
You Choose:
Which cases to accept based on your expertise and availability
Your level of involvement (full case or discrete tasks)
Your schedule and workload
Network Building
Expand the Savant Legal network by:
Referring clients who need services you can't provide (wrong practice area, jurisdiction conflicts, capacity issues)
Introducing other qualified attorneys who'd be good fits for the network Both activities come with additional partnership benefits
Help build something larger than your solo practice
Partnership Structure
We're seeking attorneys to join as independent contractors in our legal network. Compensation and partnership benefits will be discussed in detail during the interview process and formalized in our partnership agreement.
