- Create innovative, thought-provoking and highly leveraged research offering compelling advice for clients
- Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership
- Create in-depth analysis that identifies the root causes of clients’ barriers
- Demonstrate thought leadership by developing provocative, independent insights
- Track and work closely with vendors and emerging technologies
- Provide individualized advice rooted in quantitative and qualitative data
- Create and deliver high-value presentation materials
- Provide sales support and high-quality content peer review
- Build credibility as an industry expert
- Identify research process improvements
- Requirements:
- 12+ years of relevant experience in HR technology leadership roles
- Specific knowledge of core L&D platforms and technologies
- Profound understanding of CHRO challenges
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing HR tech strategies in enterprises
- Deep first-hand knowledge of the HR tech landscape
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; graduate degree a plus
- Strong executive presence and credibility with senior-level audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills
- Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing data
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
