Hiring: Freelance Recruiters (Remote | Part-Time Opportunity)
This is a 100% commission-based role (no salary or hourly pay).
We are currently expanding and looking to partner with experienced recruiters to support active job openings across multiple industries.
Role Overview
This is a flexible, remote opportunity where you will focus on filling active roles using provided job leads.
✔️ Work with open roles provided (Medical, Legal, and General positions)
✔️ Source, screen, and place qualified candidates
✔️ Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
✔️ Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates
- CompensationThis role is commission-based only, with earnings tied to successful placements.
- No base salary or hourly pay
- Paid per placement
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance

- Preferred Background
- Prior recruiting experience (agency, corporate, or freelance)
- Comfortable working in a commission-based structure
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Experience using recruiting tools (LinkedIn, ATS, job boards, etc.)
