About the position The Service Now ITSM Integration Consultant will be responsible for the integration of core ITSM functionalities within the ServiceNow platform. This role is crucial for implementing, customizing, and delivering a successful ServiceNow solution that meets the specific needs of the city. The position is fully remote and is expected to last for 10-12 months. Responsibilities • Implement and customize ServiceNow ITSM functionalities. • Integrate core ITSM processes including Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management. • Manage data migration and system integration tasks. • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, user guides, and training materials. • Develop ServiceNow reporting and dashboards to meet stakeholder needs. • Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and teams to ensure project success. Requirements • Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM Pro implementation, configuration, and integration. • Deep understanding of IT Service Management processes. • Strong experience with data migration and system integration. • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. • ADA compliance knowledge for accessibility requirements. • Strong communication skills. Nice-to-haves • Experience with multi-tenancy setups in ServiceNow. • Knowledge of ServiceNow HR Business Module. • Previous experience working in government or public sector IT environments.
