Role Description
We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional to join our team as a Group Captive Insurance Broker. This is a commission-only role designed for individuals who are motivated by autonomy, high income potential, and the opportunity to work with sophisticated, high-quality prospects.
You will be engaging with business owners and financial decision-makers, introducing them to the concept of group captives, and generating interest in deeper, consultative conversations with our experienced account management team. You will also be responsible for maintaining detailed account records.
This is not a transactional insurance sales role - our prospects are established, best-in-class companies that meet strict underwriting criteria and are actively seeking smarter risk financing strategies.

- Proven expertise in insurance brokerage and understanding of insurance market fundamentals
- Strong knowledge and skills in customer service, insurance, and sales
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships in a remote working environment
- Insurance license required
