The 90-Day Growth Track
Phase 1: Health Specialist in Training – Days 0–30
- Learn the system, generate opportunities, and book quality appointments.
- 100+ dials/day
- 20 conversations/day
- 5–10 qualified appointments/day
- 10% Base Commission up to 22%
- Earning potential uncapped
Phase 2: Health Specialist (Closer) – Days 30–60
- Own the sales process and close deals daily.
- Close $5K+ weekly (goal $10K+)
- Earn your Health Specialist Badge
- Refine objections & closing confidence
Phase 3: Advanced Health Specialist – Days 60–90
- Operate at a higher level with inbound & coaching calls.
- $20K+/week minimum target

Beyond 90 Days: Platinum Closer Status
- Join the elite tier of closers with certification and top commissions:
- $80K bi-weekly = 22% commission
- $40K–$80K bi-weekly = 20%
- $20K–$40K bi-weekly = 15%
- Less than $20K bi-weekly = 10%
