About the position
Build our new flagship consumer hardware product.
We’re looking for a hardware intern to support the development of connected consumer devices, including microphone-based input devices. You’ll work directly with a small team on prototyping, testing, validation, documentation, and execution across the hardware development process.
- Responsibilities
- Help prototype, test, and debug new hardware
- Support bring-up, validation, and iteration across builds
- Assist with BOMs, sourcing research, specs, and documentation
- Work with suppliers and manufacturing partners as needed
- Help the team move quickly from idea to working product
- Requirements
- Strong interest in consumer hardware
- Comfortable working hands-on and learning fast
- Organized, scrappy, and detail-oriented
- Able to work on-site a few days a week
- Nice-to-haves
- CAD, PCB, firmware, or lab experience
- Experience with prototypes or hardware testing
- Interest in wearables, audio, or connected devices
