Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will help small businesses sign up for our range of tax and accounting services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in sales or accounting who is looking to build a career in a growing industry. The ideal candidate will be charismatic, a quick learner, and passionate about helping businesses succeed. Local candidates are preferred, with flexibility for hybrid arrangements. This position comes with a salary of $30,000.00 annually with an added commission of 15% of collected first-time subscription payments and catch-up fees for deals closed.
- Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
- Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet to drive client engagement.
- Educate clients on the value of professional accounting and tax services through a consultative, empathetic sales approach.
- Strategically manage client relationships and provide exceptional follow-up to advance the sales cycle.
- Master our CRM system and other sales tools to efficiently manage your pipeline and client information.

- Additional Position Details:
- Work Location: Remote
- Remote Work: If you are a remote employee, you are only authorized to work from one of the approved states listed. Working while traveling to other states or countries is not permitted.
- Approved states: AR, ID, KY, MO, NC, OK, PA, UT
- Standard Operating Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm MST. Can be adjusted depending on location.
- Training: Comprehensive training program for the first two weeks of employment.
- Equipment: The company does not provide equipment for this role.
- Employment Type: Full-time, Non-exempt
Equipment Specifications:
- Remote employees must supply their own equipment and work from a dedicated home office that provides adequate privacy. Our work involves collecting and discussing sensitive information.

- Internet Requirements: Minimum 50 Mbps Download Minimum 10 Mbps Upload

- What you’ll bring to the team:
- A professional with 2-4 years of sales experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented.

- Compensation:
- Commission: Commission structure with a clear and transparent plan, providing significant upside potential for top performers.
- Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE): The average OTE for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000, with top performers exceeding this range.

- Eligibility: Benefits begin the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
