Job Role
Christian executive leadership coaches working remotely with Kingdom Factor have the unique opportunity to impact lives and foster leadership growth from virtually anywhere in the USA. This role allows for the flexibility to tailor one’s schedule and environment to best serve clients, while also integrating faith deeply into professional development. Our coaches can work part time or full time.
- Requirements
- 10+ years in coaching, mentoring, or business consulting
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Skilled at merging faith with business insights
- Experienced in running leadership programs
- Driven to make a positive impact
- Great at building relationships
- Can work independently from anywhere
- Familiar with Christian values and Kingdom principles
- Christian business community experience and coaching certification are advantages
