- Position: Mandarin Quality Assurance (QA) ExpertType: ContractCompensation: $30–$50/hourDuration: 2–3 weeksCommitment: 3–4 days/weekRole Responsibilities
- Evaluate Mandarin-language healthcare conversations for medical accuracy, clarity, and tone.
- Assess communication quality and contextual appropriateness in AI-generated systems.
- Provide structured written QA feedback to improve AI model performance.
- Flag linguistic or safety concerns to enhance training data quality.
- Participate in daily end-of-day check-ins to ensure consistent progress. Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Native or near-native Mandarin fluency.
- Professional healthcare background (nurse preferred).
- Strong written feedback skills.
