Job Description
You are not interested in managing campaigns. You are looking to own growth.
Most marketing leadership positions define success through impressions and activity metrics. This role defines it through enrollments. At gt.school, demand is already in place. Families are proactively searching for a credible, high-performance Kβ8 experience designed for gifted learners. Our AI-powered model accelerates mastery and enables students to explore advanced interests and real-world skills. The product delivers. The market is prepared.
What we require now is a marketing leader capable of converting that demand into scale.
You will own the complete enrollment engine for GT Anywhere and lead brand strategy across virtual, campus, and summer programs. Your mandate is clear: convert high-intent demand into 1,000 enrolled families while positioning gt.school as the trusted authority in gifted Kβ8 education.
There is no playbook to inherit. You will design the funnel, establish positioning, execute experimentation, and construct a reliable execution machine leveraging agencies, freelancers, and tools. You will function with autonomy and direct accountability for outcomes.
If you seek ownership of a concrete target and the authority to build the system that delivers it, we should speak.
- What You Will Be Doing
- Owning the complete enrollment funnel for GT Anywhere with direct accountability for enrollments, conversion rates, and CAC
- Designing and executing continuous experimentation to identify and remove high-impact conversion obstacles
- Developing the annual marketing strategy across virtual, campus, and summer programs, including positioning, target segments, channel mix, budget allocation, and measurable objectives
- Building a high-velocity execution system that delivers consistently through agencies, freelancers, and marketing tools
- Collaborating closely with enrollment and school teams to translate family feedback into more precise messaging and higher-converting creative
- What You Wonβt Be Doing
- Executing awareness-only campaigns without accountability for enrollments
- Serving as a request-taker for ad hoc marketing tasks with uncertain ROI
- Waiting on slow approval processes or large bureaucratic teams to move forward
- Optimizing for vanity metrics that are disconnected from enrolled families
