About the Company
We are a real estate investment company specializing in creative acquisitions of large-acreages, farms, ranches, luxury estates, commercial income properties, and other unique real estate opportunities. We tend to focus on rural, small town areas.
We operate as a Deal Architect, structuring opportunities using creative financing and strategic resale positioning.
We are not retail buyers. Our focus is on identifying properties where we can create significant value through price, terms, and strategy.
The Role
This is a remote, execution-focused position.
- Your primary responsibilities:
- Submit purchase offers or Letters of Intent (LOIs)
- Track responses and follow up with listing agents
- Communicate clearly and consistently
- Help us search for new opportunities
No showings. No listings. No client management.
Who This Is For
- This position is a strong fit if you:
- Are licensed in one of the states listed above
- Are responsive and able to submit offers same day or within 24 hours
- Are not overloaded with active clients
- Are comfortable submitting non-traditional and creative offers
- Prefer action and execution over over-analysis
- Can follow a clear, repeatable process
- Important
- You must be able to operate within your brokerage guidelines while allowing flexibility for creative transactions
- You must be comfortable submitting offers that may be below asking price and include creative terms
- Speed and consistency are critical in this role
Compensation
Commission-based, you earn what is offered to the buyer's agent.
We are focused on creating opportunities where all parties, including our agents, can do very well.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
