Role Description
This is a full-time and remote role for a Contract Attorney/Of Counsel at Bryan Farr Health Lawyers. The primary responsibilities include providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and assisting clients with Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice. The role also involves participating in negotiations, preparing cases, and ensuring clients' legal compliance in relation to matters and litigating cases.

- Strong foundation and expertise in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice
- Skilled in providing clear and concise Legal Advice
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive Research related to legal cases and compliance
- Excellent skills in Negotiation and dispute resolution
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a valid license to practice law
- Strong civil litigation background
