Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test cases and test plans
- Perform both manual and basic automated testing of applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira or similar platforms
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and improve product quality
- Conduct regression, functional, and performance testing
- Ensure applications meet both business and technical requirements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and QA reviews
- Maintain clear documentation of test cases, test results, and defects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in Software Testing / QA
- Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Hands-on experience with manual testing and basic automation tools
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman
- Experience with bug tracking tools
- Basic knowledge of web technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have:
- Experience with automation frameworks
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
