Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in social media, copywriting, and short-form video (reels) production, who is passionate about driving engagement and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and other channels
- Drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement
- Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform strategy
- Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging content including posts, captions, and short-form video (Reels, or others)
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals
- Copywriting & Branding
- Write compelling copy for ads, blogs, newsletters, social media, and campaigns
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across all channels
- Digital Optimization & Tools
- Optimize website and content using SEO best practices to increase organic traffic
- Manage and update website content (WordPress or similar platforms)
- Utilize marketing automation tools for lead nurturing and audience segmentation
- Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights
- Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or related field
- Demonstrated success through portfolio or case studies (required)
- Strong expertise in social media marketing, content creation, and copywriting
- Experience producing and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
- Solid understanding of SEO, analytics, and multichannel marketing strategies
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, WordPress, and marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently in a remote setting
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent references required
Preferred Qualifications:
Ā· Experience working with small businesses or startups
Ā· Knowledge of social media analytics tools and scheduling platforms
Ā· Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
