GoHighLevel Landing Page Designer Needed (Real Estate Lead Generation)
We are a boutique real estate brokerage looking for an experienced GoHighLevel landing page designer to build several high-converting lead capture pages inside our existing GHL system.
Our CRM architecture is currently being built by a GoHighLevel specialist, so this project focuses specifically on designing and building landing pages and forms that connect properly into our CRM pipelines and automations.
Our company, Skyward Realty, LLC, serves clients across Illinois, Indiana, and Florida and focuses on a high-end, concierge-level client experience.
Initial Project Scope
We are starting with 3–5 landing pages designed to generate seller leads, including:
- Inherited Property / Probate Home Sales
- Home Value / Seller Lead
- Relocation to Illinois, Indiana, or Florida
- Downsizing / Retirement Home Sale (optional)
- General Seller Consultation Page
These pages will capture leads and feed directly into our GoHighLevel CRM pipelines and workflows.
Responsibilities
The contractor will:
- Design clean, modern landing pages inside GoHighLevel
- Build lead capture forms connected to GHL fields
- Ensure pages are mobile optimized
- Connect forms to existing workflows (with guidance from our CRM developer)
- Follow provided branding (logo, colors, fonts)
- Create simple thank-you pages after form submission
- Ensure pages load quickly and follow good conversion practices
Experience Required
You must have experience with:
- GoHighLevel landing pages
- GoHighLevel forms and custom fields
- CRM integrations and lead capture workflows
- Mobile optimization
- Conversion-focused landing page design
Experience with real estate lead generation pages is a strong plus.
