With a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, we're creating a brighter future for healthcare professionals and patients alike. **Job Summary** As an RCM Data Entry Associate at Flexionis, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our RCM services. Your primary responsibilities will include entering billing process data, demographics, charge entry, EOB/cash posting, denial analysis, and documentation. You'll work closely with our team to analyze and resolve medical insurance claim denials, underpayments, and delays, as well as interact with US-based insurance carriers and practice owners to resolve issues and improve reimbursement rates. **Responsibilities** * Maximize insurance reimbursement for healthcare practice owners by accurately entering billing process data, demographics, and charge entry * Analyze and discover root causes for medical insurance claim denial, underpayment, or delay, and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences * Interact with US-based insurance carriers to follow up on unpaid claims, delayed processing, and underpayment, and plan and execute medical insurance claim denial appeal processes * Collaborate with US-based practice owners and clinicians to complete and correct any missing or incorrect data on their insurance claims * Post charges and payments accurately and efficiently * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the US medical insurance industry and insurance claims processing cycle * Stay up-to-date with industry developments, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPC coding systems, and CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim formats **Qualifications** * Minimum of 1-year experience in US-based data entry and payment posting, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and insurance claims processing cycle * Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPC coding systems, as well as CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim formats * Experience with PIP claims and chiropractic, physical therapy, and mental/behavioral health specialties is an added advantage * Familiarity with Vericle software is an added advantage * Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team * Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **MUST HAVE** * High comfort level working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift * Good internet access at home, with a reliable mobile hotspot * Laptop/Desktop with at least 8 GB of RAM **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data entry software and systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Jobtrix, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
