They are seeking a Designer - Architecture to join their Oakland For Sale studio, focusing on conceptual design and the development of housing solutions in a complex market. The role involves collaboration, responsibility for design deliverables, and a commitment to client objectives and community impact.
Responsibilities
- Takes responsibility for design deliverables and develops expertise in KTGY's approach to solving design problems
- Develops ability to work on multiple projects and becomes comfortable with short project timelines and rapid project pivots
- Displays a constant search for better in all aspects of the project design
- Shows an understanding of clients' goals and needs and help track meeting notes and next steps
Skills
- Experience in architecture and design
- Ability to develop conceptual design and entitlement sets
- Strong collaboration skills to work on multiple projects
- Ability to adapt to short project timelines and rapid project pivots
