Job Description
Milestone Systems is hiring a General Support Coordinator to join their Global Order Management team. This role involves managing requests from partners and customers, ensuring they are prioritized and directed to the appropriate teams while maintaining a high volume of transactions.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the Milestone General Support queue
- Review and prioritize incoming cases submitted through partner and customer portals
- Resolve straightforward requests when possible
- Route cases to the appropriate internal teams when specialized expertise is required
- Ensure cases are documented and tracked in Salesforce
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners regarding case status
- Help ensure the queue remains organized and cases do not stagnate
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Ability to think critically and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
- Experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus
