24 Hour Home Care is a trusted in-home care company committed to making a positive impact in people's lives every day. The Verification Support Coordinator ensures adherence to federal employment eligibility requirements through accurate I-9 documentation and supports onboarding new providers while maintaining compliance documentation.
Responsibilities
- Verify employment eligibility through accurate completion and review of Form I-9 and virtual identity verification
- Create E-Verify cases and upload supporting documentation into the payroll system and digital I-9 binder
- Provide onboarding support and welcome new EOR/AWC providers by reviewing role expectations and resources
- Track and complete reverification for expiring identification documents
- Notify relevant teams of required terminations due to incomplete I-9s and coordinate eligible rehires
- Partner with the Compliance team to support internal audits of I-9 documentation
- Maintain close collaboration with Operations teams and respond to questions related to onboarding or compliance
Skills
- 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience
- Familiarity with Form I-9, E-Verify, or onboarding/compliance documentation
- Interest in talent acquisition, HR, or regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational accuracy
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Collaborative and flexible in a cross-functional environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital file systems
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
