Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EBlock is a company focused on creating the best digital auction and retailing platform for the automotive industry. The Inside Sales Representative will engage with customers over the phone to build relationships, secure loyalty, and generate business, while working closely with Territory Sales Managers and meeting specified targets for buyer attendance at online auctions.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with your Territory Sales Manager, and others in your territory, to quickly and efficiently work IF bids post sale day
- Build, enhance, and nurture customer relationships to secure customer loyalty and generate business
- Partner with Territory Sales Managers and Performance Managers in assigned areas
- Manage relationships with existing customers
- On sale days, proactively reach out to your book of buyers for your territory and get them to engage with the platform
- Meet specified targets for buyer attendance for the online auction
- Have an in-depth knowledge of EBlock’s platform and set new clients up for success using the platform
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
