Digital Media Coordinator (Hybrid)

The Digital Media Coordinator role involves supporting digital media campaigns through creative trafficking, administrative support, and online community engagement to ensure the effective execution of digital media activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the trafficking of advertising creative for all digital media partners and vendors to ensure accurate and timely campaign launches
• Actualize digital media budgets to track spending and maintain financial accuracy
• Audit digital media invoices to verify charges and reconcile with vendor statements
• Contribute to campaign analysis and reporting by compiling data and assisting in the preparation of performance reports
• Execute online community management tasks, including monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and escalating issues as needed

Skills

• 1 - 3 years of experience in a related field (e.g., advertising, marketing, media, administrative support) or equivalent experience
• Experience coordinating and trafficking advertising inside Google Ads, Meta platform. Preferably agency side
• Copywriting experience maintaining brand voice when performing community management tasks
• Knowledge of digital media terminology and processes
• Skills in data entry, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze basic digital media campaign data
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications
