Job Description

Sensis is a data-driven, integrated marketing agency focusing on culturally-relevant marketing communications. They are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Market Research Interviewer to support a research project by conducting interviews and recording responses accurately.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual or on-site short interviews on consumer opinions
  • Record responses accurately and professionally by properly administering each survey without falsification of data and bias
  • Follow scripts while keeping the conversation natural
  • Using proper interviewing techniques and adhering to strict methodologies and guidelines
  • Meet assigned quota for survey collection
  • Record respondent's answers with accuracy, including typing respondent's verbal answers to survey questions
  • Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages

Skills

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Comfortable speaking with people from all walks of life
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Eager to learn about consumer behavior and research methods
  • Preference for Bilingual: Spanish
